1966 Mercedes 230 SL

We're selling this car for a friend. He bought the car in 1979 directly from the military officer who brought it home from Germany. The last few years our friend drove it less and less and finally not at all. We've brought it out of storage and revived it with the normal procedures, including removing and cleaning the Bosch mechanical fuel injection pump. The car has now had several tanks of fuel run through it and is a joy to drive. This is a European-spec car with 6-cylinder gas motor and manual 4-speed. It will make a fun and excellent driver for someone who wants to give it a little tender loving care.
